Clinical Supervisor 

Please note that this position is not fully remote and does require time on site.

 

The Clinical Supervisor will provide weekly individual supervision and case consultation to our Mental Health Therapists. In addition, they will maintain a caseload of approximately 15 clients and help facilitate weekly group supervision. Please note that depending on the amount of supervises, the caseload will vary to prevent burnout.

Requirements:

  • Approved through the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers or the Oregon LPC Board as a supervisor

  • A master's degree or PhD in social work or counseling 

  • Current licensure in Oregon 

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Personal computer with the ability to access the internet

Preferred:

  • Training in EMDR and/or IFS

  • Background in Art Therapy 

  • Experience with clients who have a history of addiction and/or trauma

  • Experience with the LGBT+ community

  • Experience with communities of color

  • Supervisory experience 

  • Bilingual - Spanish and English speaking

  • Specialization working with families 

Compensation and Benefits:

School Based Therapist 

Please note that this job is not fully remote and will require at least one day on site and at least two days at one of the Hillsboro Schools. 

We are looking to hire two School-Based Therapists to provide on site therapy to Hillsboro students. Our contract with the Hillsboro School District entails two days at the elementary school and four days at the middle school.

 

 

The School Based Therapist provides individual therapy to children and adolescents experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse issues. The School-Based Therapist will maintain a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week which will involve traveling to Hillsboro school districts at least two days a week. This position will be salaried once a caseload of 25 clients per week is met.

Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in social work or behavioral health

  • Knowledge of the techniques and principles of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and/or internal family systems therapy.

  • Strong communication and counseling skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of trauma focused interventions along with crisis interventions techniques.

  • Current licensure or pre-licensure in Oregon 

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Personal computer with the ability to access the internet
