Directions 

The office of Head & Heart Therapy is located in the heart of downtown Portland, diagonal from Powell's. The building we are located in is called, the North Pacific Building. The building is accessible, with a secure entry. In terms of parking, off street, metered parking is generally available. There is also a parking lot across from our building which uses an app called Reef. Another option is using the Whole Foods parking lot. Keep in mind if you decide to use the parking lot for Whole Foods, they will validate your ticket for ninety minutes whenever you make a $10 minimum purchase. 

 

Our suite has a lobby so feel free to come in, have a seat, and help yourself to any beverages. Your therapist will be out to greet you whenever they are available.

 

Please note that we sanitize the room in between clients. Additionally, there is an air purifier in each office and we ask that you practice social distancing measures. 

 

Also, please note that we often have dogs in our suite. If you would prefer not to see or interact with a dog let us know!
