Sabrina Arnold, Licensed Professional Counselor

(she/hers)

My Story

I work with individuals using an eclectic style of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a humanistic approach. I collaborate with each client to create an individualized plan, as I don't believe one type of approach works for everyone. I enjoy working with teens and adults, especially around issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, eating disorders, bipolar, substance use/abuse, gender identity, and/or challenges related to autism-spectrum disorder. My approach to therapy is person-centered and I am LGBTQI+ affirming. I strive to create a safe space, where one feels able to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as identify how they impact one's life. Life can be difficult, especially right now, and a helping hand can go a long way. I make it a priority to listen to the needs of clients and involve them in the therapeutic process.
