My Story
I have been in the field of mental health and addictions for over a decade, holding a variety of positions such as Clinical Director of the Integrative Trauma Treatment Center, and Women's Program Coordinator at Cedar Hills Hospital. In addition, I am a national speaker, passionate about the theme of Trauma Informed Care, among other topics.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals of all ages and various presenting concerns. Part of why I love this work is the diversity that it brings, continuously providing me with opportunities for growth. I love that people are unique with different quirks, perspectives, values, and cultural backgrounds. I enjoy reading, yoga, and spending time with my three hairless creatures.
