Exciting News

Sabrina Arnold has joined Head & Heart Therapy and is ready to help support individuals seeking out counseling! She is in her last year at Bellevue University, completing their Master's program in Mental Health Counseling. I am beyond excited to supervise her and love the positive energy she brings to the room! She has worked with runaway and homeless teens, as well as adults in crisis. She enjoys reading fantasy books, watching B movies, and playing tabletop games. Oh and she is a black belt in Karate, which is pretty darn impressive. She will start at Head & Heart Therapy the first week of September and will be able to see clients on Thursday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's. Her sliding scale rate is $40.00 for a fifty minute individual therapy session.
