About

Do you feel overwhelmed, alone, or anxious? Are you having trouble navigating relationships or making important decisions? Therapy can help bring back a sense of calm, courage, clarity, and an understanding of the next step. I believe in working collaboratively to identify what is keeping you stuck, to help uncover your inherent strengths, and to clarify what is most important and meaningful to you in the present. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, accepted, and safe to give voice to the burdens you've been carrying.

I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, and navigating recovery. My approach to therapy is rooted in the Internal Family Systems model, but I also draw from training in psychodynamic, CBT, and motivational interviewing.

If you feel like we might be a good fit, contact our office. I aspire for my practice to feel welcoming to clients of any cultural background, race, gender, worldview, or faith.
