About

I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work from a trauma focused, developmental, and system focused approach. I have extensive experience and training working with those with marginalized identities, specifically with the BIPOC community. I provide individual counseling to adults, teens, and children, ages 13 and up.

I use evidenced based approaches and tailor them to your unique needs. I am trained in EMDR, which is a trauma focused intervention that aids in emotional processing. Along with emotional processing, effective therapy needs to support you in tangible change. I often use CBT and ACT therapy interventions to help with behavioral skills.

Reaching out and asking for support is a challenging task. Being matched with a therapist you trust will help you during your mental health journey. If you feel like we may be a good fit please reach out.
